Certain medical conditions are closely related to nutrition and fitness levels and many of our Clients have seen noticeable improvements in existing conditions from enhancing their overall health. We will take the time to get to know your individual fitness levels, current medical conditions, medical history and personality! So we can put together the perfect plan for you. However, with all medical conditions we may recommend you consult your doctor before embarking on a course of sessions with us.
